The Edge joined Muse onstage to play Where The Streets Have No Name at Glastonbury on Saturday night.

Nice move, Muse. I’m glad they had The Edge up there playing a U2 song …

Here’s an mp3.

Sidenote: If the highlight of this video comes at 1:22-1:25 for you, your name might be Cara. (Oh, and those dueling Edge-Bellamy vocals at 3:50 – 4:10 and again near the end are sort of taking IT ALL off. And the drum part at 4:15- 4:25 is really always my favorite part of this particular song.) Still, somehow a little bittersweet to watch for me.

In which The Edge compares himself to an NFL kicker. And imitates Larry and Bono text messages. And makes it seem like hopefully U2 will start the European leg of the tour on time.
